The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, active listening ability, and a solution-oriented mindset.Note- This is an onsite night shift roleKey Responsibilities:Handle inbound & outbound customer support calls for US clientsCSAT knowledge & good client handling skills on voice & chat.Assist customers with inquiries, service requests, follow-ups,
