This role focuses on student guidance, mentoring, engagement, and progress tracking, ensuring students stay motivated, make informed decisions, and remain on track to achieve their goals.This role is ideal for individuals looking to build hands-on experience in student success, mentorship, and academic operations.Key Responsibilities:-1. Student Guidance & MentorshipAct as a mentor and first point of contact for students for academic and career-related guidanceConduct regular 1:1 check-ins to understand student progress, challenges, and goalsProvide structured guidance, clarity,



and motivation to keep students on trackEscalate complex or sensitive student concerns to the Progression Manager2. Student Engagement & SupportSupport and execute student engagement initiatives to improve learning outcomesIdentify students who may need additional attention or interventionAssist in conducting mentoring sessions, group discussions, and touchpointsCollect and share student feedback to improve engagement and mentoring processes3. Progress Tracking & InsightsMaintain and update student progress trackers using Google Sheets / ExcelAssist in reviewing academic and engagement data for student monitoringShare key observations and insights with the Progression Manager for timely interventionsExperience :-1-3 years of prior exposure in mentoring, peer learning, teaching assistance, counseling, or student-facing roles.Having psychology background will be a plus.Skills :-Strong communication and interpersonal skillsBasic to intermediate proficiency in Google Sheets / ExcelStrong listening skills and ability to understand student concerns deeplyAbility to guide students with clarity and structureAttributes :-Empathetic, patient, and student-focusedProactive with a strong sense of ownershipStructured in approach and detail-orientedComfortable handling sensitive conversations responsiblyEager to learn and grow under the guidance of a Progression ManagerPassionate about positively impacting student journeys and outcomes
