We’re Hiring: Formulation Chemist (Skincare, Haircare & Sunscreens)Gurgaon | R&D; | Global MarketsWe are looking for a Senior Formulation Chemist who doesn’t just make formulas — but builds products that scale, sell, and survive real markets.If you have worked on skincare, haircare, or sunscreens and understand performance, stability, cost, and compliance , this role is for you.What You’ll DoDevelop high-performance formulations across skincare, haircare, body care & sunscreensWork on up-to-date UV filters, actives, textures, and sensorial systemsHandle bench → pilot → commercial scale-up independentlyOptimize formulas for cost, stability, and global compliance (India, EU, etc.)Support client trials, reformulations, and troubleshootingCollaborate closely with production, QC, and sourcing teamsWhat We’re Looking For1 to 10 years of hands-on formulation experienceStrong expertise in emulsions, gels, surfactant systems, and activesSunscreen experience (SPF / PA / UV filters)
