Role DescriptionThis role is for highly proactive, valuable communicators freshers. You will be given full training on inside sales process by the team lead.The position is based out of Sector 62 area, Noida. Apply only if you are comfortable with onsite role.What you will be doing daily :Daily tasks include prospecting potential clients, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and social platforms, presenting service offerings (digital marketing, design, web development and advertising services), and maintaining a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools. The role involves understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams to create tailored proposals, and following up regularly to ensure high conversion rates and client satisfaction. You will also track sales metrics,



provide feedback on market trends, and support revenue growth targets.QualificationsExcellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present solutions clearly and persuasively.Solid Sales and target-driven mindset, and comfort working with KPIs and revenue goals.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).Stipend - 18,000/- per month. We will train you on inside sales processes, and once you are ready to execute sales targets on your own, you will be confirmed on a full-time role + incentive structure.
