and project details to customers.Handle customer queries and maintain regular follow-ups.Maintain customer and lead details in the CRM.Coordinate with the sales team for negotiations and booking closure.Follow up with customers from enquiry → site visit → negotiation → booking.Maintain daily and weekly sales follow-up reports.Build solid relationships with prospective and existing apartment buyers.Requirements3–4 years of experience in Apartment Sales / Residential Real Estate Sales.Candidates must have direct experience in apartment sales.Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.Knowledge of Chennai residential real estate market is preferred.Tamil and English communication skills required.
