· Enter customer, vendor, and account data from source documents within time limits· Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities· Review data for errors or deficiencies; correct any incompatibilities· Update existing data and retrieve information from the database or electronic files· Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backups· Maintain confidentiality and security of all records· Respond to queries for information and access relevant files· Comply with data integrity and security policies· Make Quotations· Knowledge of Tally
