Key Responsibilities:

- Understand students' educational background, career goals, interests, and requirements.
- Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, certifications, career opportunities, and other relevant details.
- Provide academic and career guidance based on the student's profile.
- Handle student queries and address concerns professionally.
- Follow up regularly with interested leads and maintain proper communication until enrolment.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM/MIS.
- Stay updated about the institute's courses, programs, industry requirements, and career opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

- Valuable English and Hindi communication; knowledge of Bengali would be an advantage.
- Ability to understand a student's requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
