About Molad Connect

Molad Connect is an upcoming membership-based Business, Professional & Talent networking platform being developed to connect Business Owners, Entrepreneurs, Professionals, Startups, Creators, Artists and Talent within one growing community.

We are currently expanding our Founding Member network and looking for confident, energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives in Mumbai and Delhi NCR.

About the Role

This is a core Field Sales & Business Development position.

You will be responsible for identifying potential members, meeting them personally, understanding their profile/business, explaining Molad Connect and converting interested prospects into paid members.

We are looking for people who are comfortable going into the market, meeting new people, building relationships, following up and closing sales.

This is not a back-office, customer support or only lead-generation role.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential customers within the assigned territory.
- Meet Business Owners, Entrepreneurs, Professionals, Startups, Creators and other relevant prospects.
- Generate your own leads through field visits, local market research, networking and referrals.
- Explain the Molad Connect concept and membership benefits clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate relevant benefits accordingly.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations wherever required.
- Build relationships with local businesses, professionals, institutes, coworking spaces, communities and other potential member groups.
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
- Convert qualified prospects into paid members.
- Share only company-authorised registration and payment links.
- Generate referrals from existing members and qualified contacts.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and conversions.




- Submit daily/weekly sales activity reports.
- Share market feedback, customer objections and competitor insights with the team.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and membership-acquisition targets.

Current Sales Focus

The current sales focus is Molad Connect Founding Membership – ₹699 (Special Pre-Launch Price).

The executive will receive complete product information, sales material and necessary guidance from the company.

However, we expect the candidate to develop their own practical sales approach, prospecting strategy and local network to achieve results.

Sales Targets

First Month / Initial Target: Approximately 75 Paid Memberships

Regular Monthly Target: Approximately 100 Paid Memberships

Targets may be reviewed based on territory, campaign performance and business requirements.

Additional performance incentives will be applicable for achievement above the defined target as per company policy.

Salary & Incentives₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Final fixed salary will be decided based on the candidate's:

- Previous performance/target achievement
- Communication and presentation skills
- Local market knowledge
- Interview assessment

Performance above the assigned target will be additionally rewarded as per the company's incentive structure.

Field travel/local conveyance will be governed by company policy.
