Key Responsibilities

- Call prospective learners from provided leads.
- Understand their career goals and requirements.
- Explain BCIPL programs and career opportunities in the BFSI industry.
- Counsel candidates and address their queries.
- Follow up with interested candidates.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions.
- Achieve assigned sales/admission targets.
- Maintain lead and follow-up records.
- Contribute creative ideas to improve lead conversion and company growth.
