About MedX Pharma

MedX Pharma is a growing pharmaceutical company committed to excellence in healthcare and business operations. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team and support our human resource and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
- Handle attendance management, leave records, and employee data updates.
- Prepare salary sheets and assist in payroll processing.
- Track employee expenses, reimbursements, and related records.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly HR and administrative reports.
- Operate and maintain HR software and employee databases.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with various departments for HR and administrative requirements.




- Support employee engagement and day-to-day HR operations.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and computer applications.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, MBA HR preferred).
- Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
- Prior HR or administrative experience will be an added advantage.
