We are looking for an experienced Email & SMS Revenue Growth Specialist to take ownership of our Shopify and Klaviyo lifecycle marketing. This role is focused on driving revenue through email and SMS automation, customer retention, segmentation, and conversion optimization—not just sending newsletters.

Responsibilities

- Plan and execute weekly email & SMS campaigns.
- Build and optimize Klaviyo automation flows, including:
- Welcome Series
- Browse Abandonment
- Cart & Checkout Abandonment
- Post-Purchase
- Review Request
- Win-Back
- VIP
- Birthday
- Back-in-Stock
- Price Drop
- Sunset & Re-engagement
- Manage Shopify and Klaviyo integration.
- Create and optimize pop-ups, signup forms, and subscriber growth campaigns.
- Build advanced customer segments based on purchase behavior and engagement.
- Improve repeat purchases, customer retention, and customer lifetime value.
- Increase product reviews through automated review campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, offers, CTAs, and send times.
- Monitor email deliverability, authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and automation performance.




- Track KPIs and provide weekly performance reports with optimization recommendations.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Shopify and Klaviyo.
- Experience building complete lifecycle automation from scratch.
- Robust knowledge of customer segmentation and retention marketing.
- Experience with Email & SMS marketing.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing.
- Understanding of email deliverability and authentication.
- Experience with GA4, UTM tracking, and performance reporting.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email editing.
