About Auxeon Partners

Auxeon Partners is a boutique real estate advisory firm focused on helping international and corporate clients find and secure commercial real estate in India.

We are looking for a proactive, presentable and commercially minded intern to work closely with the founder in building Auxeon's real estate network and business pipeline.

What you'll do

- Research commercial properties, offices, warehouses and industrial spaces across key markets.
- Build and maintain databases of properties, landlords, developers and real estate brokers.
- Research international companies entering or expanding in India and identify potential clients.
- Identify relevant decision-makers and support lead generation and outreach.
- Speak with brokers, property owners and potential clients to gather market intelligence and build relationships.
- Research market rents, locations, competitors and real estate opportunities.
- Assist with live property mandates and client requirements.
- Participate in and, over time, independently manage client meetings and property visits.
- Represent Auxeon professionally when interacting with clients, property owners and business partners.
- Track leads, relationships and follow-ups

What we're looking for

- Excellent research and internet skills.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.




- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Well-presented, confident and comfortable interacting with senior professionals and clients.
- Confident communication and willingness to make calls.
- Curious, analytical and commercially minded.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Interest in real estate, business development and international business.

Real estate experience is not essential but a plus. We are more interested in attitude, intelligence, curiosity and the ability to get things done.

Role Details

Location: Gurgaon
Type: Full-time Internship
Duration: 3–6 months
Stipend: 12,000 - 18,000 + incentive / month

Growth Opportunity

Exceptional performers will have the opportunity to join Auxeon Partners in a full-time role after the internship, with a solid performance-based incentive structure linked to successful business generation and sales.

This is not intended to be a desk-only research internship. You will be expected to speak to people, build relationships, attend meetings, represent the firm professionally and contribute to actual business opportunities.
