Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.
Must have skills : Python (Programming Language)
Good to have skills : AI Agents & Workflow Integration, Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based AI services. The role requires managing end-to-end application pipelines, ensuring solutions are production-ready and scalable. Daily activities may include integrating generative AI models into workflows, developing deep learning and neural network components, and working on innovative projects such as chatbots and image processing systems. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align AI capabilities with business needs is also a key part of the role, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.




- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement AI-driven solutions that meet project requirements.
- Continuously update knowledge on emerging AI technologies and incorporate them into existing systems.
- Assist junior team members by sharing expertise and providing guidance on technical challenges.
- Ensure the quality and reliability of AI applications through rigorous testing and validation.

Skilled & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language), Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI, AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI, AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Strong understanding of AI model development, including deep learning and neural networks.
- Experience in deploying AI applications on cloud platforms and managing production pipelines.
- Familiarity with chatbot development and image processing techniques.
- Ability to optimize AI workflows for performance and scalability.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).

- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
