We are looking for a highly capable Laravel & React.js Developer who can take ownership of complex applications and contribute to real-world, production-level systems.

This is not a role for someone whose experience is limited to basic CRUD applications, small websites, or tutorial projects.

We are looking for a developer who has worked on multiple real-world projects and understands how large applications are structured, connected, maintained, and scaled.

You should be extremely comfortable working with both Laravel and React.js and be capable of understanding an existing codebase, identifying problems, improving architecture, and developing new features independently.

What You Will Work On

You will work on complex business applications that may include:

- ERP and business management systems
- Multi-module applications
- Role and permission-based systems
- REST APIs and third-party integrations
- Large MySQL databases
- Complex workflows and business logic
- Multi-service or Microservices-based architecture
- Existing applications that require debugging, optimization, and restructuring

You must be able to:

- Work confidently with complex Laravel applications and large codebases.
- Build scalable and maintainable backend architecture.
- Have very strong hands-on knowledge of React.js.
- Build reusable, well-structured, and maintainable React components.
- Understand application state management, API integration, and frontend architecture.
- Design and optimize MySQL databases and complex queries.
- Build and maintain REST APIs.
- Debug difficult issues across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.




- Understand existing code written by other developers and continue development without needing everything explained step by step.
- Think beyond just completing a task and understand how changes affect the overall system.

Required Experience

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Laravel development experience.
- Very strong practical experience with React.js.
- Experience working on multiple real-world projects, preferably complex business applications.
- Experience with systems such as ERP, CRM, SaaS platforms, admin panels, workflow systems, or other multi-module applications.
- Strong understanding of PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong knowledge of MVC architecture, database relationships, and application architecture.
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.

Highly Preferred

Candidates will be given solid preference if they have experience with:

- Microservices architecture and communication between services.
- Large-scale or multi-module ERP/CRM/business applications.
- Laravel Livewire or Inertia.js.
- Tailwind CSS.
- Docker and Linux servers.
- AWS or other cloud infrastructure.
- CI/CD pipelines.
- Application performance optimization and database optimization.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
