We are looking for a detail-oriented Costing & MIS professional to manage product costing, margin analysis, variance analysis, management reporting, and commercial support. The role will be responsible for maintaining accurate costing data, monitoring cost performance, preparing MIS dashboards, and providing actionable financial insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage standard & actual product costing, BOM and overhead allocation.
- Conduct margin, profitability and variance analysis.
- Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
- Support pricing decisions with cost and margin analysis.
- Identify cost variances and operational inefficiencies.
- Provide data-driven insights to management.

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CMA / CA / MBA Finance preferred.
