About the Role

Manappuram Health Care Ltd. (MAcare) is looking for a professional, customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Valappad. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a hospital or clinic setting and possess excellent communication and administrative skills to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Requirements

· 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience.

· Prior experience in a hospital or clinic reception role is preferred.

· Bachelor's Degree preferred.

· Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.





· Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

· Manage patient registrations, appointments, and records.

· Handle incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries.

· Perform accurate data entry and maintain documentation.

· Coordinate with doctors and other departments to ensure effective patient service.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.

· Provide administrative support as required.
