We are hiring a Performance Marketing Expert to plan, manage, and optimize high-converting paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms. The candidate should have solid experience in eCommerce and lead generation campaigns, audience targeting, campaign scaling, retargeting, pixel/conversion tracking, A/B testing, creative strategy, ROAS optimization, and analyzing campaign data to improve results. You should be able to take ownership of ad budgets, identify winning campaigns and creatives, reduce CPA/CAC, generate quality leads or sales, and provide regular performance reports with actionable insights. Strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with ad platforms, and a results-driven mindset are essential.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
