Key Responsibilities

ata Management & Integration:

- Collect, clean, and validate data from HRP systems including TMF Local Payroll systems, Enate, and Lexicon.

- Maintain central tracking of any data quality issues. Ensure that completion of all templates in a timely manner and proactively communicate to all stakeholders.

Analysis & Reporting:

- Update dashboards and reports to track migration gaps, progress, risks, and capacity utilisation.

- Monitor KPIs for migration and enablement teams.

- Provide actionable

recommendation

s to improve templates

Collaboration:

- Work closely with Migration Project Managers, and

cross-function





al teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with programme standards.

Key Requirements

Communication:

Explaining data issues and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Collaboration:

Working with IT, business analysts, and project managers.
