About the Role

Lacent Glass is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers who are interested in marketing, customer interaction, sales, and business development.

The selected candidate will work closely with the sales and marketing team to generate leads, develop customer relationships, promote company products, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in promoting Lacent Glass products and services to potential customers.
- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, visits, references, and online channels.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their requirements.
- Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and customer enquiries.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct market research and identify recent business opportunities.
- Visit customers, dealers, architects, builders, contractors, or other relevant stakeholders when required.
- Prepare quotations, reports, and basic marketing documentation.
- Support promotional activities, exhibitions, campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
- Maintain customer and lead information in company records.
- Achieve assigned lead-generation and sales-support targets.




- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to the management.

Requirements

- Any graduate degree such as BBA, B.Com, BBM, BA, or equivalent.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet applications.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to communicate confidently with customers.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings, if required.
- Good presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of the glass, construction, interior, or building-material industry is an added advantage but not mandatory for freshers.
