Ltd. is looking for motivated and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing real estate sales team. The selected candidates will be responsible for generating leads, interacting with potential customers, explaining property projects, conducting site visits, and assisting clients throughout the property-buying process. Key Responsibilities - Generate new leads through calls, references, social media, and field activities. - Contact potential customers and understand their property requirements. - Explain residential plots, township projects, and other real estate opportunities. - Arrange and conduct property/site visits with interested customers. - Build and maintain robust relationships with clients. - Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful sales. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate with the sales and management team for smooth transactions. - Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities. Requirements - Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate. - Freshers are welcome to apply. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic knowledge of Hindi and English. - Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented. - Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits. - Previous experience in real estate sales will be an advantage.
