1. Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
2. Sell ERP, HRMS, CRM, Finance, Manufacturing, Mobile Apps, Web Applications, and Custom Software solutions.
3. Meet customers, understand business requirements, and recommend suitable software solutions.
4. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and solution discussions.
5. Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
6. Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and closures.
7. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
8. Build and maintain solid customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
9. Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Development, Implementation, and Support teams.
10. Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, forecasts, and customer visit reports.
11. Support vendor registrations, tenders, and RFP/RFQ submissions.

Identify upselling, cross-selling, AMC, and subscription renewal opportunities.
13. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
14. Ensure timely collection of payments and contract renewals.
15. Handle basic customer queries and coordinate issue resolution with the support team.
16. Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information and comply with security policies.
17. Report security incidents, data breaches, or suspicious activities.
18. Stay updated on new technologies, AI, software products, and industry trends.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
