Site Supervisor / Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor / Project Manager to take ownership of interior projects from site execution through completion. The role will involve coordinating contractors, vendors and internal design teams while ensuring quality, timelines, cost and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Take complete responsibility for day-to-day site execution and project coordination.
- Plan and monitor project schedules, work progress and site activities.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, vendors and clients.
- Supervise civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, flooring, painting and other interior works.
- Ensure execution is as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ and design intent.
- Check site measurements, materials, workmanship and quality at every stage.
- Identify site issues, resolve execution challenges and escalate critical matters on time.
- Coordinate material requirements, deliveries and vendor/contractor schedules.
- Monitor project costs, variations,



additional works and wastage.
- Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, measurements and project documentation.
- Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate snagging and rectification.
- Ensure timely project handover with all works completed as per agreed standards.

Requirements

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction or related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in interior fit-out / turnkey project execution.
- Strong understanding of interior construction, drawings, BOQs, materials and site coordination.
- Ability to independently manage multiple contractors and site activities.
- Valuable communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Willingness to travel between project sites.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
