Job Title: Operations Executive (Store & Dispatch)

Location: On Site (Registered Office in Thana, Kannur)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Operations Executive (Store & Dispatch) to manage the end-to-end operations of our finished goods warehouse. The role involves overseeing inbound and outbound activities, ensuring accurate inventory management, and handling packaging and dispatch for both B2B customers and online/offline sales.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage inbound and outbound of finished goods.

· Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely stock updates.

· Package materials properly for dispatch to B2B clients and online/offline customers.

· Coordinate with the logistics team for on-time delivery and dispatch planning.

· Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies, if any.

· Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the store area.





· Assist in documentation and dispatch-related paperwork.

Requirements:

· Fresh Graduates. OR Minimum 1 year of experience in store operations, dispatch, or inventory management is preferred.

· Age: 20 to 25 years.

· Familiarity with packaging and dispatch for FMCG, health, or wellness products preferred.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Any Degree with Basic computer knowledge (Excel, inventory management tools).

· Candidates residing within 15 km of Kannur District are preferred.
