Head Production Chemist – Ayurvedic, Cosmetics & Nutraceuticals

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Dior Pharmaceuticals is looking for a responsible and experienced Head Production Chemist to manage the complete production operations for Ayurvedic medicines, herbal cosmetics, nutraceuticals, and dietary supplements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise complete day-to-day production operations and workforce.
- Effectively manage, guide, and coordinate production staff and workers.
- Handle work pressure and stressful production situations while maintaining productivity and discipline.
- Ensure production is carried out as per approved SOPs, GMP requirements, quality standards, and company rules.
- Plan production activities and ensure timely completion of batches.
- Maintain proper batch records, production documentation, and process compliance.
- Coordinate with QA, Stores, and other departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure proper hygiene, safety, housekeeping,



and discipline on the production floor.
- Identify and resolve production-related issues efficiently.
- Ensure all employees strictly follow company SOPs, rules, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

- Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or relevant field.
- Minimum 3 year Experience in Ayurvedic, nutraceutical, herbal, or cosmetic manufacturing preferred.
- Solid leadership, workforce management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple production responsibilities.
- Good knowledge of GMP, SOPs, batch manufacturing, and documentation.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
