About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Strategist with a highly creative and unconventional mind.

This is not a role for someone who simply manages a content calendar or tells a team what to post.

We need someone who understands why content works, what makes people stop scrolling, what makes them watch till the end, and what makes them share.

You will develop creative strategies across Instagram, YouTube, advertisements, campaigns and other digital content formats.

Most importantly, you should be able to turn ideas into content that gets attention.

Key Responsibilities

- Research trending topics, conversations and emerging content formats.
- Develop creative strategies for social media, YouTube and digital advertising.
- Generate unconventional and high-potential content ideas.
- Identify opportunities for viral and highly shareable content.
- Develop hooks, content angles, narratives and campaign concepts.
- Study successful creators and brands to understand why their content performs.
- Analyse audience behaviour, trends and platform dynamics.
- Build content strategies for different audiences and objectives.
- Collaborate with content writers, video editors, designers and social media managers.
- Experiment with new formats, concepts and creative approaches.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement and audience growth.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2+ years of relevant experience in Creative Strategy, Content Strategy, Social Media Strategy, Digital Marketing or a similar field.
- Robust understanding of social media content and digital platforms.
- Excellent understanding of hooks, storytelling, audience psychology and retention.




- Ability to identify why certain content becomes viral.
- Strong research and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication and idea-generation skills.
- Ability to think independently and challenge conventional ideas.
- Experience developing content strategies or campaigns is highly preferred.

Astrology Knowledge — MUST HAVE

Strong knowledge of Astrology / Vedic Astrology is a core requirement for this position.

The ideal candidate should have a genuine understanding of astrology and be comfortable researching and developing content around astrology.

- Vedic Astrology / Jyotish
- Kundli / Birth Charts
- Rashis
- Nakshatras
- Grahas / Planets
- Houses / Bhavas
- Dashas
- Transits / Gochar
- Yogas
- Career, Marriage and Financial Astrology

You should be able to understand an astrology concept and transform it into interesting, relatable and engaging content.
