Job Summary

Veedee Solutions LLP is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our recruitment team. The candidate will get hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases and referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, selections and joining.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.




- Coordinate with candidates and internal team members for interview requirements.
- Assist in preparing daily/weekly recruitment reports.
- Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment and administrative activities.

Requirements

- Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Valuable English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Google Sheets.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
