Role description

Purpose of the Role Own quality governance across the program, ensure adherence to HPE SDLC processes, coordinate stakeholders, manage delivery risks, and drive quality strategy from requirements through production deployment. Solid Project Management experience Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities Risk, issue, and dependency management Strong understanding of end-to-end SDLC Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery models Quality governance, review, and compliance management Experience defining quality gates and release readiness criteria Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to engage with business, development, testing, and leadership teams Experience presenting status, risks, and quality metrics to senior stakeholders Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills Jira/ALM or equivalent project and test management tools Metrics and dashboard reporting MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)



Test Automation understanding Shift-Left and Shift-Right testing practices Program governance experience Predictive quality analytics Defect trend analysis using data-driven approaches Experience implementing quality transformation initiatives
