Weekly Schedule: Monday to Sunday (1 fixed weekly off)

Job Summary

Boithoki Educational Institution is looking for a dedicated Academic Counselor to guide students regarding admissions and career pathways for competitive examination coaching programs.

Key Responsibilities * Counsel students and parents about admission procedures and course selection.

* Handle enquiries (walk-in, phone, WhatsApp & online) professionally.

* Provide information on UGC NET/SET, WBSSC SLST, Primary TET, Upper Primary TET, CTET, WBCS, NEET, ANM & GNM and other competitive coaching courses.

* Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.





* Maintain enquiry and admission records in the CRM/database.

* Coordinate with the academic team regarding batches, schedules and student onboarding.

Eligibility

* Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

* Excellent communication skills in Bengali, English & Hindi.

* Experience in education counseling/sales is preferred.

* Good knowledge of MS Office and WhatsApp communication.
