Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver training programs for new and existing real estate sales professionals.
- Conduct induction and onboarding training for newly joined employees.
- Train teams on real estate products, sales processes, lead management, and CRM usage.
- Develop training materials, presentations, manuals, and assessment tools.
- Conduct role plays, mock sales calls, and objection-handling sessions.
- Monitor individual and team performance and identify skill gaps.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to improve conversion rates and sales effectiveness.
- Train employees on customer relationship management and client engagement techniques.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to align training initiatives with business objectives.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.




- Stay updated with real estate market trends, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Prepare regular training reports and performance improvement plans.
