Responsibilities

* Drawing Review for the outsourced part.

* Supplier Visit to review the critical process.

* Tool design and mould flow review with the supplier and coordinate with Design and with the supplier team for necessary optimization.

* Hands-on experience in APQP.

* PPAP Audit, development documentation review.

* Supplier audit (VDA, Special processes).

* Effective problem solving for reported defects.

* Supplier KRA monitoring for series parts, concern analysis and resolution, 8 D closures.

* Change management implementation and closures.

* Reduction of Supplier concerns and PPM of newly developed and series parts.

* Prepared the internal Audit report & communicated the NC to theConcern Dept for Closer Action.

* Customer Dashboard Parameter monitoring & Action Implementation.

* Layered Audit, DOCK Audit, trolley Bin Audit,

* APQP Implementation at the Supplier end.

* Knowledge of Core Manual APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC.

* Knowledge of 1S0: 9001 2015 & IATF 16949:2016

* Trained Lead or Internal auditor in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001: 2018 & ISO: 14001:2015

* VDA Certified candidate preferred as per role requirement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
