Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team at an established construction company in Trivandrum. The selected candidate will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, project cost accounting, and tax compliance. This is a full-time, in-person role requiring solid financial accuracy, tax expertise, and prior core accounting experience.

Note: Candidates worked in Construction Industry are only preferred

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate bookkeeping, general ledger entries, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR).
- Track project-wise expenditure, verify contractor/subcontractor bills, and process site supervisor expense vouchers.
- Ensure timely calculation and filing of GST returns, TDS compliance, ESI/PF deposits, Payroll and statutory filings.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including P&L; accounts, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations, vendor statement reconciliations, and site cash ledger audits.
- Responsible for active payment collection, client payment follow-ups. Demonstrate strong communication maintaining client relationships.
- Experience in Fund allocation and Budgeting
- Experience in Compliance works.
- Need to handle and lead a team

Qualifications & Skills:





- Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com), MBA in Finance, or an equivalent postgraduate degree preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of proven hands-on accounting experience (experience in construction or real estate is a strong plus).
- Advanced proficiency in Tally Prime / Tally ERP and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- In-depth knowledge of Indian tax structures, GST invoicing/filing, TDS rates, and regulatory requirements.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills in Malayalam and English.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
