Customer Voice Executive

For KTEIN Biotech Pvt. Ltd., Ahmedabad.

Salary 15k to 20k based on skills, experience and results

Role Focus: Customer Retargeting, Relationship Building, Resolve customer issues & Repeat Sales

Key Responsibilities:

- Call/WhatsApp existing customers for feedback and follow-ups.

- Retarget past customers for repeat purchases, cross-selling & upselling.

- Follow up with abandoned/inactive customers and convert potential leads.

- Inform customers about recent launches, offers, combos and relevant products.

- Maintain customer follow-up and conversion data in CRM/Excel/Google Sheets.

- Coordinate on basic customer queries, complaints and post-purchase follow-ups.

- Achieve daily calling/follow-up and monthly conversion targets.

Skills Required:

- Good Hindi communication; basic English required.





- Confident and polite telephone communication.

- Customer convincing and relationship-building skills.

- Basic sales/retargeting mindset.

- Basic Excel/Google Sheets/CRM knowledge.

- Preferably 1–2 years' experience in telecalling, customer service, inside sales or customer retention.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
