Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Steward to join our team at Kohi Cafe, Mohali.

As a Steward, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, taking and serving orders, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring that every customer has a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and provide polite and friendly service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
- Assist guests with menu-related questions and requests.
- Ensure tables are properly set and maintained.
- Clear and reset tables promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining and service areas.
- Coordinate with kitchen and café staff for smooth and timely service.
- Respond to customer requests and feedback professionally.
- Ensure guests receive attentive service throughout their visit.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
- Assist the team during busy hours and special events.
- Support opening and closing duties.
- Maintain the overall cleanliness, presentation, and ambience of the café.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a café, restaurant,



hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and customer-oriented personality.
- Professional and well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to learn and follow service standards.
