Job Description – Batch Coordinator

Location: Kirti Nagar, Delhi
Working Days: Monday–Sunday | Tuesday Week Off
Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with students regarding admissions, batch timings, and course details.
- Complete admission formalities and maintain accurate student records.
- Allocate students to batches and manage the Learner Portal.
- Prepare monthly batch schedules in coordination with teachers.
- Confirm teacher availability, batch details, and send timely reminders.
- Manage daily updates in Universal Sheet and other records.
- Follow up with students for pending fees.
- Maintain Schedule Diary and Daily Routine Diary.
- Share study notes and provide timely student support.
- Coordinate with the Exam Team after batch completion.
- Monitor teacher availability and raise requirements when needed.




- Ensure smooth batch operations with zero unnecessary delays.

Required Skills

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle students, teachers, and multiple tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience in academic/student coordination will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
