Job Overview

Debut Infotech Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our recruitment team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to build a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

Candidates who perform well during the internship may be offered a full-time opportunity with the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback
- Support onboarding and HR operations activities
- Handle basic HR documentation and reporting
- Work closely with the HR team on daily hiring activities

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes




- Strong learning attitude and positive approach
- Good coordination and organizational skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and MS Office is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be comfortable with on-site work
