Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Web Author to create, edit, manage, and publish web content using enterprise CMS platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS platforms, along with good knowledge of HTML/CSS, SEO, accessibility, UX/UI, and web content management.

The candidate will work closely with designers, UX teams, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate, consistent, accessible, and high-quality web content.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, edit, format, and publish web content using CMS platforms such as AEM, WordPress, Sitecore, or Drupal.
- Create and maintain web pages using approved templates, components, and layout guidelines.
- Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Optimize content for SEO, accessibility (WCAG), and web performance.
- Manage and maintain digital assets including images, videos, and documents.
- Perform content updates, quality checks, and regression testing before publishing.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
- Follow content governance, publishing workflows, and approval processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot content-related issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
- Collaborate with designers, UX teams, developers, and other stakeholders to improve user experience.
- Maintain content documentation and version control.
- Support website content updates and ongoing content maintenance.




- Use analytics tools to understand content performance and support improvements.

Required Skills

- 5–8 years of experience in web content authoring or digital content management.
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Good understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and WCAG accessibility standards.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience working with web templates, components, and page layouts.
- Experience with content quality checks and publishing processes.

Good to Have

- Experience with AEM or other enterprise CMS platforms.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Basic image editing skills using Photoshop or similar tools.
- Knowledge of web accessibility and content governance.
- Experience managing large-scale websites and digital assets.
- Basic understanding of web performance optimization.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of relevant web authoring/content management experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on content quality.
