NurturingCubs is a digital marketing agency based in Adampur, Jalandhar. We help businesses across India, New Zealand and Australia grow through Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Social Media Marketing and Website Development. Our Adampur office is a small, close-knit team, so you will work directly with the management and see the impact of your work.

About the role

This is a front desk role with a real sales element. You will be the first point of contact for everyone who calls or visits our office, and you will also call our enquiry leads, understand what the business needs, and help move them towards becoming our client. If you enjoy talking to people on the phone and want to earn on top of your salary, this role gives you that runway.

What you will do

- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries and walk-in visitors at the office
- Call leads from our ad campaigns, understand their business and note their requirements
- Explain our services in simple language and answer client questions
- Follow up consistently with interested leads and help close them as clients
- Maintain lead records, call logs and daily follow-up lists
- Coordinate appointments and meetings for the team
- Support day-to-day office administration

What we are looking for

- Comfortable speaking on the phone in Punjabi, Hindi and English
- Pleasant, patient and clear on calls — people should feel comfortable talking to you
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel or Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, email)
- Organised, able to keep track of follow-ups without being reminded
- Telesales or B2B sales experience is a plus
- Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus
- Freshers with good communication are welcome
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate

Salary and incentives

- Fixed salary: ₹12,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience




- Incentive: 8% of the sales value you bring in above your monthly target, paid every month
- The target and incentive structure are explained clearly at the time of joining, so you know exactly what you can earn from day one
- There is no cap on incentives — the more business you close, the more you earn

Working details

- Onsite role at our Adampur office
- Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Training provided on our digital marketing services — no prior industry knowledge needed
- Genuine growth path into a senior sales role for the right person

Location

Adampur, Jalandhar, Punjab. Candidates from nearby areas preferred, as this is an office-based role with fixed timings.
