About the Role

Manovista Consulting LLP is looking for motivated Business Development / Sales Professionals to join our growing global sales network on a commission-based model.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who have solid business networks, enjoy connecting with business owners and decision-makers, and want to earn based on the clients they bring in.

You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, introducing Manovista's services, generating business opportunities, and helping convert prospects into paying clients.

What You Will Do

- Identify and approach potential B2B clients across international markets.
- Generate leads through your personal/professional network, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and introduce relevant Manovista services.
- Build and maintain relationships with business owners, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers.
- Coordinate with the Manovista team for proposals, discussions, and client onboarding.
- Follow up with prospects and help convert qualified leads into clients.
- Develop long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services.
- Maintain basic records of leads, prospects, and sales activities.

Commission Structure

This is a performance-based commission opportunity.

There is no fixed salary for this position. Your earning potential depends on the business and clients you generate.

Higher-value and recurring clients can provide opportunities for ongoing commission earnings, subject to Manovista's applicable commission terms.
