We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecaller to join our team. You will be responsible for engaging potential customers over the phone, explaining our products/services, answering inquiries, and driving conversions to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective leads and follow up on warm inquiries. Answer inbound customer calls, understand requirements, and provide accurate product/service details. Pitch products/services effectively, handle customer objections, and close sales or book appointments. Maintain and update daily call records, customer feedback, and lead stages in the CRM or Excel database. Build solid rapport with clients through polite, professional, and empathetic communication. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly calling, lead generation, and revenue targets.
Pay: ₹15,641.14 - ₹31,253.74 per month
