- Manage and supervise daily hub operations and team activities.
- Allocate work and manpower according to operational requirements.
- Monitor team attendance, productivity, and performance.
- Ensure timely sorting, scanning, loading, unloading, and shipment movement.
- Track daily operational targets and ensure they are achieved.
- Coordinate with Ground Coordinators, Field Executives, and other operational teams.
- Handle employee queries and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure proper adherence to Delhivery processes, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
- Monitor shipment accuracy and minimize operational errors.
- Prepare and share daily operational reports and updates.
- Coordinate with managers and other departments for smooth operations.
- Train and guide team members on operational processes and safety procedures.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower and resources.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
