We’re looking for an ORM (Online Reputation Management) Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and manage customer reviews, comments, and messages across social media and online platforms.
- Respond to customer feedback professionally and promptly.
- Handle negative reviews and customer concerns with the right approach.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalations.
- Maintain a positive brand image across digital platforms.
- Track online feedback, recurring concerns, and reputation trends.
- Prepare regular reports on customer feedback and ORM performance.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in ORM, customer support, social media, or a similar role.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.




- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Positive understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Google Reviews, and other digital platforms.
- Ability to handle difficult customers professionally.
- E-commerce experience will be an added advantage.

Location: Ludhiana, Punjab
Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month
Employment: Full-time
