Job Location: Dwarka, Delhi
Experience: 6 Months – 3 Years
Education: Graduate in any stream

Key Responsibilities

- Generate Home Loan, LAP & Mortgage leads through field visits, calling and networking.
- Develop relationships with builders, DSAs, connectors and property dealers.
- Meet customers, understand their requirements and suggest suitable loan products.
- Collect KYC and financial documents and coordinate the loan process until login.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain regular sales/MIS reports.
- Stay updated on market rates, competitors and loan products.

Required Skills

- Experience in Home Loan, LAP or Mortgage sales in a Bank/NBFC/Housing Finance company.
- Good communication, convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of loan documentation and eligibility.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence is mandatory.




- Positive knowledge of local market.

- home loan: 2 years (Required)
- builders, real estate developers, connectors: 2 years (Preferred)
- Loan Against Property,Mortgage loans Bank, NBFC,housing : 1 year (Preferred)
- Primary home loan, legal/technical valuation requirements: 1 year (Preferred)
