Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Inside Sales Representative with strong communication skills. The candidate should be comfortable speaking with customers, understanding their requirements, explaining products/services, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with potential and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service information.
- Follow up with leads and prospects regularly.
- Convert leads into sales and achieve assigned targets.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth order processing.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Take initiative to explore recent sales opportunities.
- Be willing to take challenges and work in a target-oriented environment.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate/ Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and positive attitude.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and deadlines.
- Self-motivated and willing to take challenges.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM will be an advantage.
- Prior experience in inside sales, telesales, customer handling, or business development will be preferred.
