Job Responsibilities
As a Claims & Application Processor, you will be the backbone of our daily operations:
- High-Volume Communication: Conduct frequent phone calls with US-based insurance carriers, adjusters, and clients to move files forward.
- Claims Processing: Manage the lifecycle of commercial insurance claims, including coordinating "Spill Cleanup" and physical damage repairs.
- Application Management: Accurately process and submit new insurance applications using our proprietary fintech systems.
- Underwriting Coordination: Work closely with US underwriters to ensure all data is accurate and compliance standards are met.
- Workflow Optimization: Troubleshoot system issues and maintain meticulous digital records in our CRM.
Job Requirements
Communication Excellence (Non-Negotiable):
- Exceptional English Skills:
You must have great English speaking and grammar skills. You will be on a lot of phone calls with American adjusters and business owners daily.
- Professional Writing: Ability to draft clear, legally-sound emails to insurance carriers and clients.
Technical & Operational Skills:
- System Proficiency: Expert-level use of Gmail, Google Calendar, Excel, and Word.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous accuracy in data entry and document management.
- Experience: Prior experience in US Insurance, Claims, or a high-level International BPO is highly preferred.
Home Office Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Hardware: Reliable computer and a high-speed, stable internet connection.
- Power: A mandatory backup power source (UPS/Inverter) to ensure zero downtime during electricity outages.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: $350.00 – $380.00 USD (Paid via International Wire/Transfer).
- Sick Leave: 3 paid sick days (with doctor’s note) available after 90 days.
- Paid Vacation: 5 paid vacation days after 12 months of employment.
