BOT / MOT – Occupational Therapy
Experience
- Pediatric Occupational Therapy experience preferred.
- Freshers with relevant pediatric internship/training may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and comfortable working with children.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and provide occupational therapy to pediatric patients.
- Develop individualized therapy plans.
- Work on fine motor skills, coordination, sensory processing, and activities of daily living.
- Monitor and document patient progress.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
- Guide parents/caregivers regarding home-based therapy activities.
- Maintain a secure, child-friendly therapy environment.
