We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and assist customers with product/service information.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Handle inbound enquiries professionally. Explain products/services and answer customer queries. Follow up with leads and maintain customer records. Schedule appointments for the sales team when required. Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements:
Minimum Higher Secondary (PUC/12th Pass); graduates preferred. Good communication skills in Kannada and English. Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage. Basic computer skills. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
