Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate, trend-aware, and execution-focused Social Media Manager who can strategically manage and grow the digital presence of Touchwood World and its brands.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Plan and schedule monthly content calendars.
- Ensure regular posting consistency across all brands.
- Maintain premium and emotionally appealing brand communication.

Content Planning & Strategy

- Create content strategies for:
- Reels
- Carousels
- Stories
- Campaign launches
- Festivals
- Trends
- Brand storytelling
- Develop platform-specific content ideas to improve:
- Reach
- Engagement
- Followers
- Brand recall
- Lead generation

Reel & Trend Management

- Stay updated with trending:
- Audio
- Reel formats
- Hooks
- Viral concepts
- Instagram algorithms
- Suggest and execute fast-moving trend-based content.
- Coordinate with video editors and creators for reel execution.

Content Coordination

- Work closely with:
- Creative Team
- Designers
- Video Editors
- Performance Marketing Team
- Strategy Team
- Hospitality & Event Teams
- Ensure timely execution of all content requirements.

Community Management

- Handle:
- Comments
- DMs
- Engagement replies
- Audience interaction
- Build stronger online community engagement and positive brand relationships.

Analytics & Performance Tracking

- Track and analyze:
- Reach
- Engagement
- Watch time
- Saves
- Shares
- Lead quality




- Growth metrics
- Share weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Suggest improvements based on insights and analytics.

Campaign & Brand Execution

- Support launch campaigns, promotions, events, weddings, retreats, and seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure all communication aligns with brand tone and positioning.
- Help create emotionally appealing storytelling around experiences and people.
