About the Role

We are looking for a creative, energetic and result-oriented Content Creator to join our marketing team at our Head Office in Manimajra, Chandigarh.

The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content for Samrat HPL, Samrat Plywood and related brands, with a strong focus on social media, product communication, brand storytelling and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Content

- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Develop ideas for Reels, short-form videos, posts, carousels and stories.
- Create content around products, projects, applications, trends and company activities.
- Maintain a regular social media content calendar.
- Monitor social media trends and develop relevant content ideas.

2. Video & Reel Creation

- Shoot and edit short videos and Reels using mobile/camera.
- Create product demonstration and application videos.
- Develop videos showcasing HPL, exterior cladding, interiors, countertops, cubicles and other products.
- Add captions, graphics, music, transitions and voiceovers where required.
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form videos.

3. Product & Brand Content

- Understand the company's products and convert technical information into simple, engaging content.
- Create content highlighting product features, benefits, applications and USPs.
- Develop content for architects, interior designers, contractors, dealers and customers.
- Support product launches, exhibitions and marketing campaigns.

4. Photography & Creative Content

- Take photographs and videos of products, projects, office activities and exhibitions.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing team for creative requirements.
- Maintain an organised library of photos, videos and other marketing assets.

5. Content Writing





- Write captions, headlines, product descriptions and social media copy.
- Assist in writing blogs, website content, brochures and marketing communications.
- Research industry trends and competitor content for inspiration.

6. Marketing Support

- Support the marketing team in exhibitions, events and promotional campaigns.
- Create content before, during and after exhibitions and company events.
- Coordinate with sales and export teams to collect project photographs, videos and customer stories.
- Assist in developing case studies and project showcases.

Required Skills

- Solid creativity and ability to generate new content ideas.
- Good communication and English writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools will be an advantage.
- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Understanding of social media trends and Reels.
- Ability to write engaging captions and short-form content.
- Good attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn about HPL, plywood, architecture, interiors and building materials.

Preferred Candidate

- 0–2 years of experience in content creation, social media or digital marketing.
- Freshers with strong creative portfolios may also apply.
- Candidates who are comfortable appearing on camera or creating video content will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in building materials, architecture, interiors, furniture or lifestyle brands will have an added advantage.

Compensation

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience, skills and portfolio.
