Job Title: GM – Operations

Job Purpose: To lead and optimize the overall printing and packaging operations, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, quality compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for printing and packaging operations
- Develop short- and long-term operational plans
- Oversee manufacturing processes (flexo, offset, gravure, converting, lamination, packing)
- Ensure production schedules meet quality, efficiency, and safety standards
- Manage budgets, cost control, and resource allocation
- Drive lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with ISO, BRC, safety, and environmental standards
- Lead and develop high-performing operational teams

Experience & Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Printing Technology / Packaging Science
- 12+ years of experience in printing & packaging industry
- Minimum 5 years in senior leadership role
- Solid knowledge of printing technologies and materials
