Experience: Minimum 6 Months of years to 2 years experience
Office Location: Bodakdev, S.G Highway, Ahmedabad
Working Days: Mon to Sat, 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM. 2nd and 4th Saturday Off.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, GST filing, and TDS calculation.
- Prepare journal entries, voucher entries, purchase entries, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Preparing Invoice and related documents for export shipments
- Submitting required documents to bank for export / import shipments
- Ensure timely submission of tax returns (GST) and TDS returns.
- Perform daily accounting tasks such as bookkeeping and record-keeping.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in all financial transactions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Having some experience in Export / Import documentation
- Proficiency in using software like Tally ERP9/Tally Prime/Tally Accounting Software.
